During our recent #time4action campaign for Mental Health Awareness week (last week) we shared a number of simple actions YOU can take to help improve your own mental health and wellbeing.
Eat for Wellness, Connect, Move, Be Brave, Be Mindful and Be Compassionate were all themes that we chose for people to interact with (the results were amazing, thank you and well done!).
What we didn’t share with you is the framework we used to come up with the themes for each day!
