Insurance Industry’s ‘work hard, play hard’ culture can create mental health ‘barriers’

I was very pleased to be mentioned in Insurance Times following my session with Huw Edwards at the BIBA Conference.

I’ve worked in the insurance industry my whole adult life and, like most, have had fantastic career ups and downs in that time.

It’s time for the industry to make mental well-being a top priority- and by that I mean it’s time to take action.

The work we are doing with BIBA will be fundamental in this, as is the work we are already doing with many insurance businesses.

There is, however, lots more to do.
