Mental health issues are extremely common

Our workshop with mental health expert Claire Russell will guide you through the fundamentals for working from home in a way that supports your mental health and wellbeing for the better.
Working from home some or all of the time can be very challenging and isolating. For those with preexisting mental health issues – or with a pre-disposition to anxiety or low mood, working from home can aggravate symptoms or cause them to increase.
The 2019 State of Work report, which surveyed thousands of homeworkers, found that, while many of the respondents enjoyed many of the benefits of homeworking, they also struggled with not being able to switch off, feeling isolated and struggling to stay motivated.
