"Working Together: Stay Connected in Changing Times"
In light of the current Covid-19 health crisis, we have launched ‘Working Together’, our complimentary virtual programme to help lone-workers stay connected.
Stay Connected: Virtual Tea Break...
Stay Connected: With Mindfulness...Stay Connected: With Breathwork
As business owners, leaders, employers, and employees we have all had to adapt quickly to an extremely volatile situation. Many of us are now working from home, in social isolation and engaging in social distancing in compliance with the latest UK Government’s guidelines.
As experts in the field of Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace, we can see the potential pitfalls that home working and self-isolation can bring. We know that self-isolation, social distancing combined with stress, worry and anxiety brought on by these extremely unsettling times can have a huge impact on a person’s mental health and wellbeing.
That’s why we are creating opportunities to connect with other people in the form of regular virtual meeting rooms designed to keep us connected socially to ensure good mental health and wellbeing.
Our 'Working Together: Stay Connected project includes:
- Tea break mood booster (10-20 mins) Each morning at 11 am we are hosting an informal tea break via Zoom where you can turn up with a hot drink and take a break from being ‘always on’. Expect non-corona conversation, good company and a chance to meet other people who are in isolation just like you.
- ‘Be calm and clear with mindfulness' drop-in sessions (10-20 mins) Once a week, Steve will host a guided mindfulness meditation to help you relax, reduce stress and anxiety in a very difficult time for us all. Expect to walk away with a mindfulness technique that you can build into your daily routine for better wellbeing.
- ‘Breathing for performance’ drop-in sessions (10-20 mins) Once a week, Steve will give an introduction to breathing techniques that can help you alter your mood, reduce stress, clear your head and perform at your best while under pressure at work
About Your Project Leader
Our virtual mental health at work project will be led by one of our founders and directors Steve Heath.

He brings his own unique insights from coaching and working with one to one clients in his own private breathwork practise where he teaches powerful breathing techniques for stress, anxiety and depression reduction.
Steve has a passion for making mindfulness and breathwork more accessible in the business and corporate world where he believes that breathing techniques to calm the mind, regulate emotion, reduce stress and boost energy are needed now more than ever.
